As a Brooklyn native, Zach enjoyed growing up in such a food centric city. The vibrancy of the city's restaurant scene combined with food-loving parents quickly developed an appreciation for all types of cuisine. From cooking, serving and bartending all over Burlington, Vermont and Ithaca, NY, Zach comes to us with a passion for providing as memorable an evening as possible. He enjoys strolling the city doing photography, attending concerts, and losing his voice rooting for the Knicks and Mets. He firmly believes pappardelle is the best pasta shape!
