Paul has called Park Slope home for more than 18 years and has been a fan of Pasta Louise since long before joining the team. In fact, it was one of the first places he gathered with friends for outdoor dining during the pandemic. Today, he's grateful to be leading the restaurant and the incredible team behind it.

When he's not at the restaurant, you'll likely find him with his Doberman, Angelo. And if you ask about his favorite pasta shape, the answer is easy: Rigatoni.
