Oscar brings decades of experience in Mediterranean and upscale dining to the Pasta Louise kitchen. Originally from the State of Puebla, Mexico, he has worked in busy kitchens from New York to Miami, with a strong background in grill, steak, high-volume service, and large events. As Sous Chef, Oscar helps keep the kitchen running smoothly while supporting the team through every service.

When he’s not cooking, you’ll probably find him working out at the gym. And his favorite pasta shape? Lumache!
