Executive Chef

Chef Neil has been working in neighboring kitchens for the last ten years, since his arrival in Brooklyn from Santiago, Chile. Most recently, he ran the kitchen at the Boerum Hill fave, Rucola. Neil brings creativity (and calm) to all of our kitchens and his creations can be sampled at the restaurant, cafe and Bar Louise. 

On his days off, Chef Neil trades his knives for a tennis racquet an can be found serving (in a different way) on the courts of Fort Greene Park. His favorite pasta shape is chitarra.
