Kelsey is a NYC restaurant veteran who has spent the past ten years working in many of Brooklyn’s beloved bars and restaurants. Her passion for wine has led to her continuing her wine education through the WSET. When not enjoying a delicious sparkling wine, she can be found enjoying a dry Botanist Gin martini with a twist, oftentimes paired with a caesar salad and fries. Her favorite pasta shape is creste di gallo.
