Hector is a Park Slope back of house veteran having run local restaurants' kitchens for years. A consummate creative talent, Hector is responsible for dreaming up many of your favorite dishes at all of our restaurants. He can often be seen riding his bike around the neighborhood (and balancing unsettling loads of food on the handlebars). In a perfect world, Hector would be paid to be the ringer 3rd baseman on the PL softball team. His favorite pasta shape is campanelle.
