Growing up in a small town outside of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Cierra was raised with a love for homemade treats, and witnessed firsthand the way that delicious food can bring a community together. With seven years of experience working in restaurants from Pittsburgh to Park Slope, she brings a taste of small town hospitality to our Cafe here in Brooklyn. In her free time, you can find her logging old movies on Letterboxd, taking a walk through Prospect Park, or practicing on the piano. Her favorite pasta shape is fusilli!
