Hailing from South Florida, Carly has worked in the restaurant industry for 12 years. Her passion for pasta led her to us from her previous job at Nitehawk Cinema. In her free time, she's found at the beach (even though she will always defend that Florida beaches are the best!) or hunting for the best ramen in town. Her favorite pasta shape is radiatori!
