Allison started cooking with her grandmother pretty much since she was able to stand. She's a NY native, though lived in Oakland, CA for 11 years, where she co-founded a successful mac + cheese restaurant. She founded Pasta Louise in 2020 after moving back to New York to be closer to her family. Allison is the author of two cookbooks, The Mac + Cheese Cookbook and The Pasta Friday Cookbook. When she's not at Pasta Louise you'll find her running through Prospect Park or eating bucatini with her husband Alejandro and two sons, Nico and Luca.
