Originally from Hollywood, Florida, Chef Adrienne moved to Brooklyn in February 2020. She has spent her 15+ year career cooking in farm to table kitchens in Southern Florida and California. A life-long passionate food lover, she earned a degree from Florida State University in Food Science and Nutrition before starting her career in restaurants. She spent most of her career at 3030 Ocean Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale, focusing on the freshest local seafood and produce she could find. 

She has long been known for her love of handmade pasta and is so grateful to cook it for you everyday at Pasta Louise! She especially loves long noodles like classic spaghetti. She spends any free time traveling with friends and watching live music. And yes, you may have once seen her win an episode of Chopped!
